R U OK Day 2019

In September 2019 AUJS and the AZYC collaborated to hear from the young leaders of our community and to promote positive discussion about mental health.

We challenged both organisations' leadership bodies for the during of R U OK Day to advocate how they maintain positive mental health.

Throughout the day (Thursday 12th September 2019), a variety of leaders posted how they deal with stressful situations. We asked our community of followers to tell us how they deal with stressful situations by filling the blanks in the statement.

We encouraged them to comment on the images they saw throughout the day with their answers to the statement.

We have provided some of the leader's post from the day below.
