Distancing together | AUJS xAZYC

We've all felt it these last few months - the pressure to remain positive and connected whilst in isolation. Things are unprecedented, and that can be scary. How can we make sure that we are looking after ourselves while supporting the people around us?

That's why AUJS & AZYC came together to bring students a week (3rd May - 10th May 2020) of virtual meet-ups and events to explore mental health together. We provided students with ways to maintain positive mental health, gain some useful advice from experts and connect with other young Jews to get through this time together.

Remember, we may be apart, but we're not alone.
