Join us to elect the 2022 NSW Regional Executive at the 2021 AGM!
 
The 2021 Annual General Meeting for AUJS NSW will take place at 3pm on Sunday 19th September 2021 at a location in the eastern suburbs.
 
What the AGM is
At the AGM you can look forward to reports by the 2021 NSW Executive, Constitutional amendments, and elections to the NSW Executive.
 
Elections will be held for the following Executive positions (subject to constitutional amendments):
 
🙋🏻 President
💁🏻 Vice President
💵 Treasurer
🥳 Events Officer
🤳🏼 Marketing Officer
🗳 Political Affairs Officer
🧑‍💻 Secretary
🕍 Jewish Engagement Officer
📢 Campaigns and Education Officer
🧑‍🎓 Leadership and Development Officer
🗣 Engagement Officer
 
 
Nominees for these positions will be able to make speeches as follows:
President – 5 minutes max
Vice President – 4 minutes max
All other positions – 3 minutes max
 
The Returning Officer for the AGM is Gabrielle Agosin.

The Important Stuff
To nominate for a position, please complete the Executive Nomination Form and send it to the Returning Officer via email. There will be copies at the AGM.
 
Persons intending to run for an Executive position, or wishing to hold votes, must be a financial member of AUJS NSW or an affiliated campus organisation in 2021. Votes will be allocated to campuses according to the formula contained in the AUJS NSW Constitution.
 
Any proposed amendments to the Constitution must be submitted in writing to the Returning Officer by 11:59pm Sunday 5th September.
